Bikram Classes

Bikram yoga is a style of yoga practiced in a room heated to around 105°F (40°C) with 40% humidity. It consists of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, designed to work the entire body and improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The heat is intended to help increase flexibility, promote detoxification through sweating, and enhance cardiovascular endurance.

BLYSS 26+2 90

Classic 90-minute Bikram Yoga class covering 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 105-110°F. This foundational class is ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners seeking the full Bikram experience. Build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while detoxifying the body.

Class FAQs

  • Just bring yourself and a water bottle! We are happy to provide mats and towels complimentary to all of our practitioners!

    Most classes are hot and humid so you will get sweaty! We also recommend bringing a change of clothes and shower supplies to freshen up in our locker rooms immediately after class.

  • Not at all! Many of our classes, including Bikram BLYSS and BLYSS Fusion, are beginner-friendly.

  • Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing designed for movement. We recommend tank tops or sports bras with shorts or yoga leggings. 

    For our Abhyanga class, where we use oil for massages, less is better. We recommend bandeau tops and shorts.

  • Our hot yoga classes are held in rooms heated to 105-110°F to promote detoxification, flexibility, and focus. We also offer classes with reduced heat, around 95°F, like our BLYSS Harmony and BLYSS Presence.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class to check in and familiarize yourself with the studio.

  • It depends on your stage of pregnancy and familiarity with yoga. Please consult your healthcare provider and notify the instructor beforehand.

  • Classes can be booked online via our website (www.hotblyss.com), through our BLYSS app, or on the MindBody app.
